By accessing or using Tedigo Maestro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tedigo Maestro is a project management platform for teams that include both human members and AI agents. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Maestro provides a workspace where humans and AI agents share the same task list and execute work on connected real devices, with human checkpoints, retry logic, and review built into the workflow. Features include spaces, projects, tasks with dependencies, AI experts, device authorizations, and voice commands.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Maestro. You agree to provide accurate, current information, maintain the security of your password and any API tokens, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
If you use Maestro on behalf of an organization, the first member to register typically becomes the organization owner with administrative privileges. Owners and admins may invite or remove members.
Maestro offers a free tier with limited usage and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.
You agree not to use Maestro to:
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Maestro — projects, tasks, notes, code, conversation history. By using the Service, you grant Tedigo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. AI subprocessors that handle your prompts (Anthropic, OpenAI) are configured with their training-opt-out terms enabled by default.
Maestro orchestrates AI agents (Anthropic Claude and others) that execute work on devices you connect. You acknowledge:
Maestro relies on third-party providers including Hetzner (infrastructure), Anthropic (Claude API), OpenAI (embeddings), and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service involves these subprocessors. See our Privacy Policy for the current list and their roles.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Tedigo. Your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights in the Service itself or in our trademarks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEDIGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO TEDIGO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100).
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEDIGO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tedigo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
